SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. As always, we offer free shipping on all orders over $49.

​

For international shipping, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Heche's LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $29 within 15 miles of Stoughton, Wisconsin. For orders under $29, we charge $5 for local delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with each purchase. Due to the personal nature of many of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for our body care or consumable products. If you are unhappy with your purchase of these products for any reason, please contact us at hecheshomestead@gmail.com.

For products other than body care or consumables:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we'll be happy to return (at your expense) or exchange the product within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

To make a return:

  • Items must be unopened and unused.

  • Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear.

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
